All you need to know about Prolatis 2.0

A few years back, we were introduced to a male enhancement supplement called Prolatis, which gained quite a following in the male enhancement community. Prolatis fared well in sales, and it was easy getting your hands on a product. However, in 2010, Prolatis was pulled off the shelves of popular supplement sales company, GNC, citing a problem with a random FDA audit.

It was found that Prolatis had a regulated ingredient included in the formula – Sildenafil. Sildenafil is the active ingredient found in the popular erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra, which should explain why many users found the product to be effective. Still, it is unsafe and irresponsible to include a prescription drug in a supplement without the user knowing it. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor drug that could intervene with blood pressure drugs and diabetes maintenance medication.

A new version of Prolatis, called Prolatis 2.0 was released in the market not long ago. Those who were able to experience the rigged effects of the original Prolatis surely lined up to get Prolatis 2.0 expecting to get the same results as they had with the drug-tainted original. Would it be able to achieve the effects of the original? We’ll find out in this review.

It would be smart for the makers of the new Prolatis 2.0 to steer away from prescription drugs to avoid getting into trouble with the law, and that’s why we have reason to believe that Prolatis 2.0 is all-natural. However, going all-natural would surely have its drawback for the product that gained popularity because of the effects of an undeclared drug.

Here are the ingredients of Prolatis:

  • Epimedium
  • Maca Root
  • L-Citrulline
  • Niacin

Epimedium is also known as Horny Goat Weed, a popular ingredient in the best male enhancement supplements. Epimedium is also a PDE5 inhibitor, but on a different scale as Sildenafil. It can contribute to the erectile function, but mild enough to not interfere with hypertension or diabetes drugs.

Maca Root is also a common ingredient found in many male enhancement pills. Maca Root is in powder form, which is believed to help increase sexual desire in both men and women.

The other two ingredients, L-Citrulline and Niacin are more geared towards vasodilation. L-Citrulline is the precursor to L-Arginine, while Niacin pushes blood to the extremities, causing what we all know as the Niacin flush.

The ingredient formula may appear to be an effective one, but poor content quality and uneven ingredient ratios suggest otherwise. The customers of the original Prolatis expect instant results, and considering that they named the new product a 2.0, they’d expect something better, but all they would get is a watered-down version of a product that is too cautious that the formula is no longer worth it.

Personally, I would have bought Prolatis even if it has Sildenafil, because I am sure of my health. However, I can’t say the same for the other customers. It’s up to you if you’d trust the effectiveness of the new version of Prolatis, but its history and current ingredient profile suggest that there’s nothing worth trusting in the new product.
