There are numerous theorized causes of erectile dysfunction and probably about a million so called cures. A large majority of the forms of ED are directly connected to vascular health; however, this is not to say that it is always the chief cause.

Vascular disorders are related to:

  • Stroke
  • Hypertension
  • Coronary Artery Disease
  • Peripheral Vascular Disorders

Self-Inflicted Toxin

Smoking (1a) is perhaps the number one self-controllable risk factor of vascular disease. Smoking is quite commonly referred to as a self-inflicted, slow poisoning. Another issue related to both blood flow restriction and erectile dysfunction is a crap diet. A crap diet (2a) means that an individual eats only junk, highly processed, and extremely fatty foods. Regardless of your type of health issues or even, if you currently have none, a crap diet will destroy all of your systems and their functions.

Cyclic Condition

The above information demonstrates that what you put into your body can cause erectile dysfunction and heart disease. The things that you put into your mouth can also reverse the problem. Food cannot, of course, completely cure your body of ED, or any other disease. In many cases, taking care of your entire cycle of health will eliminate many diseases and disorders.

 Fine Tuning

It is important to understand that your body is a machine and you must keep finely tune it or you will blow a gasket. Your health cycle includes physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Generally, when you work on one, you get positive results for all three. It is better to attack them all. The maintenance of your physical health should include diet and exercise.

Pump it up Diet

You should not settle for foods that promote your circulation and vascular health. Opt instead for menus which are delicious and promote positive health throughout all of your systems. It only takes a bit of investigation and your imagination. Keep in mind that quality supplements (1b) can be great for your body as well as convenient; however, you should perceive these as add-ons. Your body is better capable of obtaining nutrition from the foods that you consume. This translates to a high level of nutritional intake through foods aa well as an additional heart and libido boost (2b) from carefully chosen supplements (3b).

The meals that you eat should provide a certain amount of complete proteins; carbs; vitamins; and minerals. To specifically promote vascular health, your diet must be rich in antioxidants and foods which increase your body’s ability to absorb as well as metabolize them. As an example, black pepper contains piperine which can boost bioavailability of nutrients up to 2000%.

L-Arginine (1) is an extremely important conditional essential amino acid and a well-known male libido booster. Your body is capable of synthesizing conditional essential amino acids only in specific environments. You require L-Arginine to nitric oxide (2) or NO. NO dilates your arteries naturally reducing your blood pressure. It is also well known to dramatically increase your endurance and strength. L-Arginine has been scientifically proven to be a powerful potential treatment for cardiovascular disease and disorders. (1)

Lysine (3) is an essential amino acid which means that your body is unable to synthesize it. It increases nitric oxide function and relaxes veins as well as arteries throughout the body; however, the largest effects are on those in the lungs. Lysine increased the force of the arterial contractions (4) of the heart thereby enhancing blood flow.

Omega 3s

Many health professionals are recommending Omega 3s (5) to prevent heart diseases as well as treat them. These recommendations are more urgent for aging individuals and heart patients. There have been many concerns about prescribing aspirin for those listed above. within the last several years due to bleeding complications.

Super Sources

There are many super foods which are rich in lysine l-arginine, and omega 3 fatty acids. Super foods are often recommended as heart health and libido enhancers. The best route is generally to increase your amount through your daily menus and incorporate supplementation combinations which work for you personally. The consumption of L-Arginine and Lysine together maintain the manufacture of the growth hormone making their combination extremely beneficial to body builders.
